Choice of Mains
Traditional Bolognese lasagna with beef ragu, bechamel & parmesan cheese.
 
Seafood fantasy of the day  tossed in our homemade egg fettuccine tomato salsa ( Mussels, Clams, Calamari ,Prawns .)
 
Eye fillet Steak   Beef reduction herbs & vegetable , parmesan potato puree, roasted baby carrots & broccoli.
 
Panfried market fish, seafood shiitake miso broth, mussel, clam ,prawn in house sun-dried tomato, olives & parsley ,  roasted cauliflower.
 
Choice of Dessert
Red wine poached pear, creme anglaise salsa , coconut crumble &  vanilla ice cream. 
 
Traditional cream bruleè. crafted with vanilla pod seeds. 
 
Tiramisu layers of whipped mascarpone, brandy chocolate & espresso soaked homemade savoiardi. 
 
Chocolate fondant, zabaglione cream, chocolate crumble & sea salt. 
 
Affogatto. Shot of expresso served over vanilla ice cream, finished with a shot of liquor of your choice. (Frangelico , Galliano Vanilla , Tia Maria, baileys.)
