“Karaage” Fried Chicken And leaf Salad with Balsamic ,soy, olive oil on a in house rice cracker.
Cold Antipasto.
Beef Carpaccio roll, Rocket,Parmesan served with wasabi parmesan fondue.
Warm Antipasto Starter.
“Yakitori” Skewered grilled Chicken.
“Kushi- Kastu” Skewered Pork Cutlet.
Pasta Plate.
Pork leek Cappellacci served with shiitake soy broth, whipped pumpkin, sesame seeds.
Main Course:
Venison tenderloin “Tataki” served with in house “ponzu” and “gorgonzola wasabi.”
Dessert:
Matcha white chocolate Tiramisu served with kiwi fruit.
