Our Business 
 After over twenty years as the chef at Trattoria alla Toscana and gradual ageing that occurs with that .We have decided to appoint Mehmet as head chef.  He is young and extremely talented chef from Scandiano, Italy . Whose passion is experimenting with tradional Italian cusine, based on his experience and working in some of the best kitchens in Italy.
Whether it be the subtle use of aromas found in herbs and spices or the delicate flavours of fresh and seasonal combinations.  We are lucky to have chefs that have travelled the world being inspired by both traditional flavours of Italy and places they have visited in search for great foods traditions.
It is always a menu that stimulates the senses.
Maybe it is just a platter, maybe a sharing plate or a silken hand crafted pasta & salsa. A local steak cooked to perfection .
Both Italian,German & English are spoken on the premises.
we can spend more time with our clients & suppliers and start to spend  extra time creating new ideas for our business with the help of Mehmet & Jacob's youth and talent.
